The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 235 days. 3.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the application. However, the acquiring body despite service, remained absent. 4.

As such, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 235 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.
