The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the proposal of the petitioners are favourably considered and the State Government has granted permission to run 5th standard.

In that view of the matter, we do not think it proper to keep this Petition pending. Needless to observe that by way of natural growth, the petitioners will be entitled to apply seeking permission to run 5th and 7th standards, and the respondents shall consider the same, keeping in view the relevant rules, procedures and the relevant policies at the appropriate time.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
