This is an application under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the First Information Report bearing C.R. No.714 of 2017 registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that during pendency of the application, charge-sheet has been filed, being R.C.C. No. 188 of 2018 before the J.M.F.C. (3), Beed. He placed on record copy of the judgment dated 18th January, 2022 wherein the applicants are acquitted of the said offence. Hence nothing is surviving in the application. 1 / 2

In view of above, criminal application stands disposed of as infractuous. Fees of Mr. N.Y. Kingaonkar, learned counsel appointed to represent the Respondent No.2 is quantified to Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand).
