Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar vide order dated 19th October, 2021, declined pre-arrest protection to the applicant in crime No. 510 of 2020.

Whereafter, applicants had applied for pre-arrest protection before this Court vide Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1000 of 2020. This application was disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 8th December, 2020. Soon thereafter, on 25th March, 2021 applicants again approached this Court for pre-arrest protection on the ground that accused

24- ABA-450-2021.odt in cross complaint were granted bail/ pre-arrest protection by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Be that as it may, in June 2021, prosecution has fled a charge sheet. In view of this circumstance, it would be appropriate if the applicants approach the Sessions Court for appropriate relief. Applicants, therefore, do not press this application and seeks liberty to approach the Sessions Court for appropriate relief.

Both the applications are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to as prayed for.
