Heard advocate Mr. Halkude the learned counsel appearing for the applicant Ms. Poonam Bodhke Patil the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Bhange the learned AGP for the respondent nos.2 to 4.

Having regard to the submissions canvassed on behalf of both the sides, I have gone through the record. It is a matter of record that on 29.02.2024 the second appeal of the present non-applicant no.2 came to be allowed and judgment and decree dated 23.07.2015 passed in RCA No.317/2012 was quashed and set aside and the judgment and decree dated 11.07.2012 passed by the 3rd Jt. C.J.S.D., Latur in RCS No.603/2005 was

( 2 ) 903 ca 4518.24 restored. On 06.03.2024, this Court passed an order and stayed its own judgment for a period of six weeks therefrom since the respondent/present applicant intended to assail the judgment of this Court before the Hon'ble Supreme Court which has expired on 17.04.2024. The learned counsel for the applicant made a statement that the matter is likely to be listed within a short period before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, therefore, three weeks time is extended from today. With clear understanding that no further time would be extended and if the present applicant fails to get any interim order in that event the judgment of the trial Court would come into force. The civil application is disposed off.
