By this civil application, the applicant seeks impleadment as respondent no.4 in the writ petition. The applicant was the complainant before this scrutiny committee against the petitioner. The scrutiny committee has invalidated the caste claim of the petitioner which is the subject matter of this writ petition. 2.

The petitioner is thus directed to implead the applicant as respondent no.4 in the writ petition. The civil application is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 3.

Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. After impleadment of the applicant as respondent no.4, the respondent no.4 would be liberty to file affidavit in reply within four 1/2
