This is an application for setting aside order dated 16.04.2018, passed by the Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration of the petition on account of failure to remove office objections. 2.

Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order dated 16.04.2018, passed by the Registrar (Judicial), is quashed and set aside and the matter is restored to its original position. Delay, if any, occurred in presenting instant application is condoned. Applicants/petitioners to remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the event of
