We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and Mr. Salunke, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 6.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, the proposal dated 10.07.2020 and 13.07.2020 forwarded by the Assistant Registrar, Jintur and District Deputy Registrar, Parbhani to the State Government in respect of extension of the administrative committee on the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Jintur (for short A.P.M.C. Jintur) may be declined and fit person may be appointed as administrator on the A. P. M. C. Jintur.

The decision has not been taken by the State Government as yet. The term of the administrative committee is to expire on 23rd July, 2020 as contended by the petitioner. Naturally, the Government would be required to consider provisions of the Section 14 and 15 of the Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963 before taking any decision.

In case, according to the petitioner, the decision of the State Government is illegal, then the petitioner can agitate the same on its own merits.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
