The First Appeals are pending before the Competent Court. This petition is filed purely on speculation and the reliefs sought are virtually based on the prospective decision of the First Appeal proceeding. 2.

When we asked the learned advocate for the Petitioners that if the First Appeal Court enhances the amount, he submits that the Petitioners would be entitled for the enhanced amount. So we asked him whether he would refund the amount if the First Appellate Court reduces the compensation. He submits that the said judgment would not be applicable to him. 3.

In view of the above, we do not find any reason to keep this petition pending as it is based on speculations. 4.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off.
