Present proceeding is fled for iuashing of .I.R. No. 278 of 2020 registered with Jinsi Police Station, Aurangabad for the ofences punishable under Section 4988-A, 323,004, 006 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by respondent No.2 who is wife of applicant No.1. Other applicants are relatives of the applicant No.1. During the argument the learned counsel of the applicants and respondent No.2 submitted that parties have settled the dispute and the wife has resumed cohabitation with the applicant No.1.

Afdavit is fled by respondent No.2 which is to the efect that she has settled the dispute. She has returned to the matrimonial house and she has no objection to grant the relief as claimed. In the result, the following order :-

ORDER

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 2.
