Before addressing us on the grounds set out in the memo of petition, the learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, drew our attention to prayer clause (D-1) which reads as under: "D-1. By issuing a Writ of Mandamus and or any other appropriate writ, order and/or direction in the like nature to direct the respondent authorities to decide their representation dt.11/02/2021 at Exhibit-M in an expeditious manner within stipulated period of four weeks."

He submits that this prayer has been added by amending the petition and the representation fled by the petitioners should be considered by the competent authority - respondent no.2, on it's own merits.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. We expect respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 1/2
