Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 16.01.2019 passed below Exhibit-5 by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Karjat in R.C.S. No.132 of 2018 as well as order dated 04.04.2022 passed below Exhibit-22 by the learned District Judge-2, Shrigonda in Misc. Civil Appeal No.05 of 2019. 3.

The learned Trial Court after considering the record before it, was pleased to allow the application Exhibit-5 and those findings were confirmed by the learned District Court. 4.

After going through the findings recorded by both the Courts below, I do not find any reason to interfere with the orders passed by the learned Trial Court as well as the Appellate Court, as the counsel for the petitioner did not point out any perversity in those orders.

In view thereof, the petition sans merit and the same is hereby dismissed. No order as to cost.
