The present applicants are the persons who had filed

29ca6102.24 a suit for cancellation of the sale deed against the persons who were shown as owner of the land. The said suit is allowed and now the present applicants are shown as owners of the land acquired.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed and disposed off.

The appellant to take steps to add the applicants as party and to correct the title clause of the appeal and the application within four weeks from today.
