The grievance of the petitioner is that he has made several representations for grant of appropriate subsidy amount for his land. Those representations have not been decided by the respondents.

The petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation/s made by the petitioner. The writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (D) of the petition. The said representation shall be decided within six weeks on merit and in accordance with law,

wp4577-2016 after scrutinizing all the documents submitted by the petitioner.
