The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed the proposal for validation of his tribe claim in August 2020. The vigilance is also conducted. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report. The proceeding is not yet decided. 3.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents and on instructions submits that the reply of the petitioner is not on record.

The petitioner shall once again supply the copy of the reply to the vigilance report to the committee on 30.06.2021. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30.06.2021. 5.

The committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the validation proceeding finally on or before 30.07.2021. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
