As regards the grievance raised by the petitioner herein, alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Committee constituted under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024 is available. 2.

In that view of the matter, we decline to entertain the present petition, reserving liberty for the petitioner to approach the said Committee by way of filing appeal.

Writ petition is disposed of by granting such liberty to the petitioner.
