The petitioners seeks direction against respondent No. 2 to decide the pending tribe claim.

It is submitted that the petitioners are students. One of the petitioner is studying in polytechnic college and is exploring the possibility of admission to the B.E. course. Another petitioner is in the 12th standard and also exploring the possibility of admission to professional course. The petitioners are approaching the Court very late.

Considering the possibility that the petitioners are

WP No. 7495/21 exploring the admission to the professional courses, the Committee, if it is possible may endeavour to decide the claim of the petitioners by 31st of August 2021. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 13th July, 2021. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
