The petitioners application for execution of the award of the Reference Court is pending in the competent Court i.e. Regular Darkhast No. 143 of 2014. All the reliefs including the execution and enforcement of the award of the Reference Court as confirmed even by the Hon'ble Supreme Court can be sought. Even, if the Reference Court has rejected the claim, it is common ground that its orders are subject matter of appeals to High Courts and the Supreme Court. 2.

The award of the Reference Court, therefore, stood set aside and substituted with the order, direction, judgment and decree of the higher Court. The petitioners know that the same can be executed and

( 2 ) 921 wp 4673.16 enforced in accordance with law that is why the Regular Darkhast No. 143 of 2014 is filed. The Executing Court can ensure the payment of all sums due and payable in accordance with law. Keeping that avenue open the writ petition is disposed of.
