Both the applications are filed for condonation of delay of 14 days caused in filing review applications and also for review of the orders made by this Court. Both the sides are heard.

CA 2067, 2068/18 2.

It is the contention of the petitioners that subsequently, Zilla Parishad has realised that the transfers of the present applicants were not as per the scheme and proportion will be disturbed and then Zilla Parishad had recommended to cancel the transfer. The submissions made show that on 12.9.2016, the applicants did join the said post. In view of these circumstances, the aforesaid contention cannot be considered though such proposal was made subsequently in the year 2017 before passing of the order. So, the delay condonation applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. The review applications are dismissed.
