ORDER :- Learned counsel for review-applicant submits that review of order dated 7th April, 2011 passed in Letters Patent No. 28 of 2010 is sought under present application. However, further developments, pursuant to order passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 1989 of 2009, have taken place. 2.

Learned Single Judge, vide Order dated 19-11-2009 passed in aforesaid Writ Petition, had condoned the delay in filing appeal against grant of succession certificate in favour of the appellant herein, subject to payment of costs. Thereafter, the matter is learnt to have been disposed of.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present review application and the same stands accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
