DATE : 19/07/2017 PER COURT :- 1] Having heard both sides, we find that in writ jurisdiction we should not interfere in the proceedings and at this stage. 2] In the event any adverse order is passed by second and third respondent Collector or respondents 2 to 4 then while challenging that order, it will be open for the petitioner to make a grievance that vital documents were not supplied or copies thereof not provided and that is how, the principles of natural justice are breached and violated to the prejudice of the petitioners. By keeping all contentions open, we decline to interfere in writ jurisdiction at this stage. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
