Order :-

1. Grievance of the petitioner can be considered by respondent No. 2 State Level Grievance Committee ( "Committee" for short). The petitioner may approach respondent No. 2 - Committee. In case petitioner files application with respondent No. 2 - Committee, the same shall be considered by respondent No. 2 - Committee on its own merits, in accordance with law and the policy as expeditiously as possible.

It is submitted that though auction of sand spot was made, however, possession of the sand spot was not handed over to respondent No. 5. As such, possession of sand spot shall not be handed over for a period of ten days from today, so as to enable the petitioner to approach respondent No. 2 - Committee for necessary

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
