Motion is made for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 30th October 2017 in Writ Petition No. 11039 of 2016. 2.

The learned counsel for applicants submits that instead of 'respondent No. 4' same ought to be "respondent No. 3", as the respondent No. 3 is the competent authority to take decision. 3.

In the light of the above, in the order dated 30th October, 2017, in para No. 2 line No. 1 instead of words 'the respondent No. 4', the same be substituted with the words "the respondent

2 ca 5250.19 No. 3". Necessary corrections be carried out in the order. 4.

The time of three (03) months shall be counted from today. 5.

In view of the above, the civil application stands disposed of.
