1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the

CA 6338/15 in FAST 1666/11 & others - 2 - learned AGP for the State.

2] These applications are filed for permission to file appeal as the acquiring body was not party before the Reference Court and for adding the State Government as co-appellant in the appeals.

3] In view of the contentions raised in the applications, the submissions made and as the acquiring body is necessary party to the proceeding, this Court holds that all the civil applications need to be allowed as sufficient cause is shown for making it party. 4] The civil applications are allowed. Leave is granted to the acquiring body to file appeals and adding the State Government as co-appellant in the appeals. 5] S.O. to 23.3.2016.
