Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After hearing, it transpires that the petitioner claims benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme ("ACPS" for short) from 11-06-2007 having regard to various circumstances whereas respondent no. 5 claims to have submitted proposal dated 01-09-2016 for grant of benefit of ACPS to petitioner as annexed to the reply for decision by concerned authority. 3.

In the circumstances, a proper decision be taken by the concerned authority after hearing petitioner and giving her adequate opportunity. While doing so, all the documents and events, as would be necessary to be taken into account, be

2 WP - 5321-2017 properly taken into account and the proposal be decided on its merits accordingly as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three (3) months from date of receipt of writ of this order.
