The petitioner is coming with the following prayers: "A] Record & case may kindly be called for;

B] Criminal Writ Petition may kindly be allowed. C] The respondents may kindly be directed to decide the Representations filed by the Petitioner and to take proper steps if their officials found guilty.

D] Respondents may kindly be directed to direct their official not to issue any illegal, un-appropriate action against the petitioner.

E] Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case."

The learned advocate for the petitioner vehemently argues, by taking us through the papers to demonstrate, as to how the petitioner is being repeatedly called upon and has every apprehension of being 1/2

955.WP.720.24.odt falsely implicated in crimes and even proceeding under the MPDA Act is likely to be initiated.

Under the guise of direction for consideration of his representation, ex facie the petitioner seeks to prevent the law enforcing agency from undertaking any process irrespective of his involvement or otherwise. There cannot be any blanket mandamus as is being sought. 5.

The writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) being a sheer abuse of the process of law. If the cost is not deposited within four weeks, it shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
