The petitioner seems to be aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of respondent No. 5 - the Block Development Officer. In spite of having conducted some enquiry, he is not submitting a report, without even taking care to approach his superior, at whose instance alone he must have conducted the enquiry and writ of mandamus is being solicited. 3.

The writ petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance through the office of the Chief Executive Officer or the Collector.
