The Petitioner is working as teacher with Respondent No.4, which is classified as a minority institution. The first approval for his appointment has been granted. The proposal dated 25.08.2020 seeking permanent approval, is still pending with Respondent No.3. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the proposal would be decided within a time frame, as may be ordered by this Court.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent No.3 would decide the proposal on it's own merits within 30 days from today and by keeping in view that Respondent No.4 is a minority institution.
