This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

We have carefully perused the prayers in the petition. In fact, the petition is in the nature of initiating recovery from respondent Nos.5 and 6 out of their pension amount. In fact, such petition should not have been filed and if the petitioner was advised, it should have taken recourse to an appropriate remedy for recovery of the amount.

In that view of the matter, we decline to entertain the petition in extraordinary writ jurisdiction. Hence, petition stands rejected.
