This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2 Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad to take decision on the caste certificate validation proposal of the petitioner pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
