First Appeal No.269/2006 (( 2 )) respective sides on the 14 typographical errors that have been listed out in the praecipe. Learned Advocates for all the sides confirm that the errors need to be corrected as per the praecipe. 3.

The speaking to the minutes motion is, therefore, allowed. The judgment dated 13.10.2017 shall be corrected as per the typographical mistakes pointed out in the praecipe. Corrected copy to be issued accordingly.
