PER COURT :- Heard Mr. Balaji S. Chondhekar, learned counsel for the Applicant. [2] By the present application, the applicant seeks cancellation of regular bail granted in favour of Respondent No.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Basmatnagar in Criminal Misc. Application No.60/2015 vide order dated 15th April, 2015. [3] The Respondent No.2 was released on regular bail by the learned trial court in connection with CR No.22/2015 registered with Police Station, Aundha Nagnath for the offences punishable under Section/s 326, 324, 447, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
[4] Grant of bail is a discretion of the Court. Mr. Balaji S. Chondhekar, learned counsel made a submission that the applicant was directly taken into M.C.R. It appears that the learned judge of the court below has correctly exercised the discretion in favour of Respondent No.2. [5] Looking to the nature of offences, there is no perversity in the order passed by the trial court. In that view of the matter, present Criminal Application is dismissed.
