It appears that upon considering the rival submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 16/09/2010 passed in Civil Application No. 7943 of 2009, has permitted the present applicant to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakh) out of the compensation amount deposited before this Court. 3.

In view of this, no case is made out in this application permitting the applicant to withdraw the remaining amount deposited before this Court.

Civil Application is accordingly rejected.
