The Petitioner claims to be a special category part-4, Assistant Teacher. Being aggrieved by the tentative transfer list published by the Zilla Parishad, a representation dated 23.02.2023 was filed by the Petitioner. Thereafter, the impugned transfer order dated 21.03.2023 has been issued.

The learned AGP points out the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, which permits such candidates to raise grievance with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad and if they are aggrieved by the order of the Chief Executive Officer, they can approach the Additional Divisional Commissioner. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with

4702.2023WP -2liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation to the Chief Executive Officer as regards his grievance related to the transfer order dated 21.03.2023. The time spent by the Petitioner in this Court from 09.04.2023 till the passing of this order, would be considered as ground for entertaining the representation.
