The applicant-wife is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.541 of 2021 fled by the respondent-husband in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aurangabad to the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Buldhana.

The learned counsel for the respondent - husband fled consent affdavit in reply, which is taken on record. However, the request made by the learned counsel for the respondent-husband that in case of such transfer, the disposal of the said petition be directed to be carried out within one month.

In such, circumstances following order is passed.

ORDER

I) The application is hereby allowed and the HMP No.541 of 2021, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aurangabad, which has been fled by the respondent - husband is hereby

2 938 mca 177-22 transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Buldhana.

II) The respondent-husband is directed to appear before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Buldhana on 17/10/2022.

III) The respondent-husband is at liberty to fle an application for expeditious hearing of the aforesaid Hindu Marriage Petition and on fling such application, the concerned court may decide the same by considering the fact that respondent husband is serving in Military Department.

IV) The application is accordingly disposed of.
