This petition can be disposed of by following order. 2.

The petitioners are owners of land Survey Nos. 55 and 74 of village Chausala, District Beed. They apprehended that the authorities would take away their land for the construction of high-way without following due process of law. Respondent no.4 made a statement in affidavit that at present the notification does not include lands of the petitioners. They made it further clear that for the purpose of development of the land of the petitioners, which is required, they would follow the due

2 WP 3785/2013 to process of law to take the lands etc. In view of this, the apprehension of the petition set-at-naught, but the liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the notification if affected their interest. In views of above, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
