The acquiring body has moved this application seeking extension of time to deposit the amount directed to be deposited by this Court while granting stay to the execution of the impugned award. 2.

Learned counsel for the claimants objects. According to him, the poor farmers are suffering for non receipt of amount of compensation. The farmers have to raise money at exorbitant rate of interest. 1 / 2

It appears that the acquiring body has a genuine difficulty of shortage of funds. In the fitness of things, time to deposit the amount is extended by ten weeks. Interim relief granted to continue till then. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
