1) Learned counsel for the petitioners tenders copy of approval letter dated 18 June 2008 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded and submits that in view of the approval granted by the Education Officer in favour of the petitioners, as prayed in the aforesaid two writ petitions, these petitions do not survive. Copy of the approval letter dated 18 June 2008 is taken on record.

2) Mr. A.R. Borulkar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader confirms this position.

3) Writ Petition Nos.7091/2004 and 7092/2004 are disposed of as infructuous. Rule is discharged. There shall be no order as to cost. Interim orders, if any, are vacated. Civil Applications are also disposed of.
