The petitioner is placed on supernumerary post. The petitioner has already fled Writ Petition No.8785/2019 against the order of the Scrutiny Committee, invalidating his tribe claim. This Court, under order dated 18/7/2019, has granted interim protection to the petitioner.

Now the petitioner is placed on supernumerary post. In fact, whatever relief is sought ought to have been claimed in the pending Writ Petition. The placement on the supernumerary post is also sequel to the order rejecting his caste claim and the

Writ Petition St. No.11997/2020 (( 2 )) protection granted by this Court in the earlier petition. 3.

In result, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the pending Writ Petition. No costs.
