This is an application by the legal representatives of the original claimant who has died on 25.03.2016. The learned A.G.P. has no objection. 3.

The application is allowed. The legal representatives of the original claimant are allowed to be brought on record in the appeal preferred by the original claimant as well as in the First Appeal preferred by the State acquiring body. The appellant shall carry out necessary amendment in the title of the appeal memo. Issue notice to the respondents thereafter. The learned advocate Mr. Bide holding for advocate Sonawane waives service on behalf of the legal representatives of the original claimants.
