Mr Bhokarikar, learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petition is filed with regard to the issue of seniority and other benefits, which would be consequential to the issue of seniority. 2.

The petitioner may approach the authority as may be permissible in law with regard to his objection to the seniority. The authority shall on its own merits consider the case of the petitioner considering all relevant aspects of the matter including the delay aspect also.
