The learned counsel for petitioner submits that his application for issuance of tribe certificate is pending with respondent no.2 since 5/2/2019.

2] The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent and submits that in case the same is pending, the Sub Divisional Officer would decide it on its own merits.

3] In case application filed by petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is pending then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon its own merits in accordance with law preferably within six weeks. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of.
