Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondent.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.67 of 2022 registered with Police Station Bhoom, Taluka Bhoom, District Dharashiv, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 341 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case depends on the circumstantial evidence. The report was lodged against unknown persons. However, one of the co-accused named the applicant and then the investigation was started against him. The mobile handset has been recovered from him. Except this, there is no evidence against him. The similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court. Hence, the applicant also deserves parity.

ORDER

i) Bail application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Pratik Sheshrao Patil be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
