The validation proceedings are not yet decided. The petitioner has completed his internship, however, this Court had ordered that the degree certificate shall not be issued unless and until validity certificate is produced by the petitioner.

2] It is trite that even for Post Graduate courses the petitioner would not get benefit of reservation unless validity certificate is produced by the petitioner.

3] The committee shall decide validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner within 3 months. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
