Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.1 to decide the proposal dated 15.04.2021 forwarded by respondent No.2, expeditiously.

After waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the said proposal can be decided within a period of four months.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, respondent No.1 is directed to decide the proposal dated 15.04.2021 forwarded by respondent No.2, as early as possible and in any case, within a period of FOUR MONTHS from today.
