Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that respondent No.3 would decide application of the petitioner for caste certificate within one month. The petitioner is seeking admission in respondent No.2. Considering the same, respondent No.3 shall take decision on the application of the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate within a period of 15 days from today. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 may take further course of action regarding admission of the petitioner depending upon the order that would be passed by respondent No.3 on the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate.
