Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State. 2.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that after the crime was registered by Kalamnuri Police Station, Dist. Hingoli, the further investigation of the crime has been transferred to the Murbad Police Station, Dist. Thane. The investigation is still in progress. Therefore question arose, whether the Anticipatory Bail Application should be heard by this Court or the Principal Seat.

The learned counsel for the applicant requests that this application may be transferred to the Principal Seat for disposal according to the law.

Considering the transfer of the crime to Murbad Police Station, Dist. Thane and with consent of the parties, the Registry is directed to transfer this application to the Principal Seat for disposal.
