The application filed by the petitioner seeking police protection is rejected on 20.10.2012.

The order which was sought to be implemented by filing an application for police protection is the order of "status quo" pertaining to the possession, which the Court has passed on 18.11.2011.

The said order is passed in second appeal. When the Court has passed an order of status quo, the party applying for police protection has to first dwell upon the aspect of possession, so also while seeking police protection has to give the details of the obstruction, so as to necessitate police protection. 4.

There is no clear order of injunction restraining the respondents.

In light of the above, I do not see any error in the order passed by the Court below. Writ petition, as such, is dismissed. No costs.
