This application is filed for temporary bail. Notice is given to the learned A.P.P. Considering the urgency of the matter and the relief claimed, this Court is deciding the matter today itself.

The applicant is behind the bar for offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code since 27.04.2015. He wants to attend marriage of son of his sister, which is to take place on 20.04.2017 at Kharjai Road, Takli, Tq. Chalisgaon. The marriage invitation cart is produced and copy of affidavit of father of the bridegroom is also produced.

In view of the recent instances of absconding, this Court holds that temporary bail cannot be granted, but some concession can be given for enabling the applicant to attend the said marriage, by following order :- 4.

The applicant is to be taken from the Jail to the place of marriage situated at Kharjai Road, Takli, Tq. Chalisgaon on 20.04.2017. He needs to be reached to that place before 10.00 a.m. and he can be allowed to remain there till 02.00 p.m. After that on the same day he is to be taken back to the jail.

In advance, the applicant is to deposit the charges for conveyance and escort and thereafter he is to be taken out of the jail. He is to be always kept under watch of escort and care is to be taken to see that there is no opportunity to flee.

The Criminal application is disposed of.
