Learned advocates for the parties are at ad idem that delay of similar nature and magnitude as involved in present matters has been condoned by this court under order dated 4th August, 2017 in civil application No. 11899 of 2016 and other connected matters.

In view of aforesaid, it would be expedient to allow these civil applications as well, since parties concur on that these are a few civil applications in respect of land acquisition under the same notification and from the same village. As such, the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and are disposed of.

Learned advocates for the applicants fairly refer also to that undertaking in those matters were given by the applicants that they would not claim interest for delayed period. 4.

Learned advocates for the applicants on instructions state that an undertaking to said effect would be filed in present matters in addition to the statement already made in civil applications.
